This privacy notice explains how Pay It Now PNG ("we", "our", or "us") handles information submitted through our public website at payitnow.com.pg, its contact form and guided enquiry chat. This notice covers only this website and these services. It does not cover information collected inside the PIN app. For questions about app data, contact us at support@payitnow.com.pg.

1. Contact-form enquiries

When you submit a message through our contact form, we collect your email address, message, enquiry type, referring site section and optional name or organisation. The submission is validated by our own endpoint (same-origin), then delivered to us by email through a third-party email delivery service.

We use your details to respond to your enquiry and manage related correspondence. Enquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, and meet applicable legal obligations.

The guided enquiry chat is an automated form, with replies sent by email. Unsent details stay in the current browser page until it is closed or refreshed; the chat does not save drafts to browser storage or send them to an AI provider. Only the details you review and submit are sent to our contact endpoint.

Previous AI conversations

The public website no longer offers an AI assistant. Removing it does not delete conversations previously processed by an external AI service provider. For questions or deletion requests relating to an earlier conversation, contact support@payitnow.com.pg.

2. Access and deletion

You may ask to access, correct, or delete contact-form information you have submitted by emailing support@payitnow.com.pg. We will respond subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements.

3. Service providers

Contact-form submissions are delivered on our behalf by a third-party email delivery provider and may be handled outside Papua New Guinea. The website is also operated through hosting, security and email infrastructure whose providers may process basic technical request information (such as IP address or timestamp) as part of delivering the service. We do not sell or share your information for advertising, and only disclose it where necessary to operate the website, respond to enquiries, or as required by law.

4. Cookies and tracking

This website does not currently use analytics cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party scripts that collect browsing data. Basic technical request information may be recorded by our hosting and security systems as part of normal website operation.
