These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Pay It Now PNG platform, the PIN app and related services ("Services"). By signing up and using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

"Pay It Now PNG", "we", "our", or "us" means Pay It Now PNG, Company Number: 1-134144718, registered in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.

"User", "you", or "your" means an individual registered to use the Pay It Now PNG platform.

"App" means the PIN mobile application and its related services.

2. Eligibility

• 2.1 Users must be at least 18 years of age.
• 2.2 Users must be based within the Papua New Guinea region, though citizenship is not required.

3. Rewards

• 3.1 Users can earn rewards on eligible payments made with the App.
• 3.2 Pay It Now PNG decides, at its discretion, which payments are eligible and how and when rewards are given. The current reward rules are available from Pay It Now PNG on request.
• 3.3 Pay It Now PNG may change, suspend or end the rewards program at any time. A change applies from the date it takes effect; rewards already credited to your account are not reduced by it, except under section 3.4.
• 3.4 Pay It Now PNG may withhold or reverse rewards linked to refunded or reversed payments, or to any misuse described in section 4.

4. User Responsibilities

• 4.1 Users must not misuse the App or network, including but not limited to: fraudulent activity, exploiting bugs for personal or financial gain, and reverse-engineering, copying, or attempting to extract source code.
• 4.2 If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without payment or royalties owed to you (see section 8.2).

5. Service Availability

• 5.1 We work to improve the App, and its features may change over time.
• 5.2 The App may contain errors or bugs, and some features may be incomplete.
• 5.3 The App may be unavailable from time to time due to updates, maintenance, or technical issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

• 6.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pay It Now PNG is not liable for any losses, damages, downtime, or issues arising from your use of the App.
• 6.2 You use the App at your own risk and should check payment details carefully before confirming a transaction.

7. Data & Privacy

• 7.1 Users must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by providing valid identification.
• 7.2 Pay It Now PNG will not collect personal information beyond KYC unless necessary for service improvement (e.g., device or usage information required to resolve issues).
• 7.3 Users consent to the collection and use of such information solely for the purpose of improving the App.
• 7.4 When you use this website's contact form, we collect your email address, message, enquiry type, referring site section and optional name or organisation so that we can respond to your enquiry.
• 7.5 Contact-form submissions are delivered on our behalf by a third-party email delivery provider and may be handled outside Papua New Guinea. We retain enquiry details only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.
• 7.6 You must not publicly disclose non-public, proprietary information about the App that we share with you without our prior written consent.
• 7.7 You may ask to access, correct, or delete contact-form information by emailing support@payitnow.com.pg. We will respond subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

• 8.1 All rights, title, and interest in the App, the PIN, and any materials provided remain the exclusive property of Pay It Now PNG.
• 8.2 By using our Services, Users assign all rights to feedback, suggestions, and improvements to Pay It Now PNG.

9. Termination

• 9.1 Pay It Now PNG reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User account at any time without notice, including for misconduct, non-compliance, or inactivity.
• 9.2 Users may close their account at any time by contacting Pay It Now PNG.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Papua New Guinea.
