Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Pay It Now PNG platform and services ("Program"). By signing up and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

"Pay It Now", "PIN", "we", "our", or "us" means Pay It Now PNG Ltd, Company Number: 1-134144718, registered in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea.

"User", "you", or "your" means an individual registered to use the Pay It Now platform.

"App" refers to the PIN Network mobile application and related services under development.

2. Eligibility

• 2.1 Users must be at least 18 years of age.
• 2.2 Users must be based within the Papua New Guinea region, though citizenship is not required.
• 2.3 Pay It Now may, at its discretion, introduce rewards or promotional programs for active users.

3. User Responsibilities

• 3.1 Users must not misuse the App or network, including but not limited to: fraudulent activity, exploiting bugs for personal or financial gain, and reverse-engineering, copying, or attempting to extract source code.
• 3.2 Users agree to provide feedback that is constructive and accurate.
• 3.3 All feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted become the property of Pay It Now, with no payment or royalties owed to the User.

4. Software Disclaimer

• 4.1 Users acknowledge that the App and network are continually being improved.
• 4.2 The App may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features from time to time.
• 4.3 Users understand that the App may be unavailable from time to time due to updates, maintenance, or technical issues.

5. Limitation of Liability

• 5.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pay It Now is not liable for any losses, damages, downtime, or issues arising from your use of the App.
• 5.2 Users participate at their own risk and should exercise caution with financial transactions.

6. Data & Privacy

• 6.1 Users must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by providing valid identification.
• 6.2 Pay It Now will not collect personal information beyond KYC unless necessary for service improvement (e.g., device or usage information required to resolve issues).
• 6.3 Users consent to the collection and use of such information solely for the purpose of improving the App.
• 6.4 Feedback, reports, and usage data are confidential to Pay It Now. Users may not share proprietary details of the App publicly without prior written consent.
• 6.5 When you use this website's contact form, we collect your email address and message so that we can respond to your enquiry.
• 6.6 Contact-form submissions are delivered on our behalf by a third-party email delivery provider and may be handled outside Papua New Guinea. We retain enquiry details only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.
• 6.7 You may ask to access, correct, or delete contact-form information by emailing support@payitnow.com.pg. We will respond subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

• 7.1 All rights, title, and interest in the App, the PIN Network, and any materials provided remain the exclusive property of Pay It Now.
• 7.2 By using our services, Users assign all rights to feedback, suggestions, and improvements to Pay It Now.

8. Termination

• 8.1 Pay It Now reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User account at any time without notice, including for misconduct, non-compliance, or inactivity.
• 8.2 Users may close their account at any time by contacting Pay It Now.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Papua New Guinea.
